So Why is my fascia tight? Not only does the fascia envelope your stomach and colon, it also runs around our muscles. Including over your stomach muscles. If the muscle fascia gets tight it can pull the organ fascia towards it causing a lack of elasticity around your digestive organs. Muscle fascia can become like scar tissue, this is most likely coming from a previous historical injury, stress or trauma.

" I had resigned myself to a life with debilitating IBS. I'd spent a fortune on specialists and tests, but nothing helped. Then, while seeking treatment for tight calves at Inpeak, they suggested a unique fascia technique that might also address my IBS. I was skeptical, but the results have been incredible! The constant nausea and fatigue have drastically reduced. Now I can enjoy eating out and playing sports without worry. Inpeak gave me my life back! "
What if I told you the tight fascia in your abdomen could be the main cause of this and it can be released, permanently.

No Dietry Change | No Medication | No more Discomfort

Your stomach and colon are in a container of fascia called the peritoneum. When your stomach digests food it needs to move. This is called mechanical digestion. If it cant do this it can cause pain, intolerance, bloating or cramps. When digested food particles move through the body they need the correct signalling from nerves to tell the muscles to move them along. This is called peristalsis. If particles move to fast this causes diarrhoea, too slow causes constipation.
Fascia and your symptoms.

Fascia is one of the last systems of the human body to be discovered. It is a sheath of tissue that runs around your muscles and compartmentalises your organs. Just like your skin loses elasticity and hydration, this can happen to your fascia as well. We call this the viscosity of the fascia. Previous injury, stress, and trauma can cause this. People who suffer from bloating may experience a lack of elasticity around the peritoneum, which is the container of fascia around the stomach. Tight lines of fascia around the abdominal canister can pull the peritoneum towards them, reducing the stomach's ability to change shape when creating mechanical digestion. We can’t access the fascia container around the stomach directly, but we can access the tight lines that could be causing this. Hyaluronic acid is the fascia’s natural lubrication component. Over time, this can become less fluid-like, affecting the elasticity of the fascia. By using specific tools and targeting densification points in the fascia, we can return this lubricant to its fluid-like state. As a result, the peritoneum stops being pulled by tension, and the stomach's ability to move correctly is restored—resolving the symptoms.

"While receiving treatment for a muscle injury, I mentioned my IBS symptoms, particularly my dairy intolerance, which had been a constant struggle for me. I didn’t believe there was any solution, and it made dining out difficult. James explained that he could help, and through his method, my IBS and dairy intolerance were completely eliminated. On my next trip to Italy, I was able to eat freely without worry. It was truly life-changing!"

"My IBS came out of nowhere, and it hit me hard. After assessing my fascia, James explained that my scoliosis, multiple wrist injuries, and broken ribs from a skiing accident might be affecting my digestive organs. I was suffering from nausea, extreme fatigue, and crippling stomach cramps. I had tried diet plans and probiotics with no success. But after just a few sessions, I began to notice improvements, and now I’m completely symptom-free. It’s been a game-changer for me!"

"I had chronic IBS for years and thought there was no solution. I couldn’t even eat pizza without getting sick, and dinner parties were something I dreaded. Then I was referred to James at InPeak and introduced to something called fascia—something I had never heard of. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement. Now, I can eat pizza without any symptoms! It’s incredible! I’ve recommended this treatment to everyone I know with IBS."
